Declaration

  1. The applicant must qualify for legal student status pursuant to the Ministry of Education's “MOE Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan ”of September 18, 2024.
  2. I have not attended any other university or college in R.O.C. (Taiwan) in accordance with “Application Regulations for Overseas Chinese Student to Study in Taiwan.”
  3. I hereby certify that if I have nationality of R.O.C. (Taiwan) at the time of my birth but I never hold a household registration while application.
  4. All the documents provided(including diploma, passport, and other relevant documents,original or copy)to the University by me are valid and authentic.
  5. I hereby certify that if I have had nationality of R.O.C. (Taiwan), but while application I have lost my nationality of R.O.C. (Taiwan) and have annulled status regarding my nationality of R.O.C.(Taiwan) for no less than 8 years.
  6. I have not obtained a high school degree as a foreign student in R.O.C.
  7. I hereby that I am not dismissed from university/college after admission due to behavior issues, poor academic performance or a conviction under the Criminal Law.
  8. I must disclose the department and university I attended if I have studied in Taiwan before;
  9. I understand that at the time of registering at NCU , the original diploma of my highest degree and an official transcript, verified by the R.O.C. embassies, consulates,or missions abroad or other notary institutes authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, R.O.C., in the country where the documents were originally issued, should be submitted, or the admission acceptance will be cancelled and the enrollment will be rejected.
  10. I agree to offer my personal information to National Central University, for its need of gathering, processing and use as well as for forwarding the information internally and to the government departments.

Note: For details of Applicants’ Identity, please refer to “Applicant Eligibility”,Violation of any of the above-mentioned criteria will result in immediate cancellation of the applicant’s admission or the deprivation of the applicant’s recognized status as NCU registered student, or revocation of applicant’s NCU diploma. No certificates will be awarded.
