人工智慧於太空天氣預報之應用 (1130713 ~ 1130720)
全電子含量(TEC)是電離層狀態的重要指標。來自上層與下層的地球物理力驅動其空間和時間變化。物理模型需要完整理解物理和化學原理、可用且具代表性的驅動輸入，以及足夠的計算能力，才能產生與觀測相符的模擬結果，這有時具有挑戰性。隨著科技快速發展，數據驅動方法已成為TEC預測的重要途徑。考慮到地球物理世界具有時空序列特性，我們基於Transformer建構神經網路，並評估序列到序列的TEC預測。我們討論訓練過程中時間長度選擇的影響，並分析神經網路從數據集中學到了什麼。我們提出的Transformer架構能夠提供48小時的全球TEC多步驟預測，整體均方根誤差約為1.8 TECU。此外，我們也探索了預訓練Vision Transformer模型並進行微調來預測TEC的替代方案。

電子總量（TEC）是太空環境中的一個重要量和指標。良好的TEC估計的一個好處是提高衛星定位的準確性。由於物理模型受到可用且能夠很好表示的驅動輸入的限制，因此近年來關於TEC預測的研究已經傾向於數據驅動的方法，如深度學習。我們需要一個序列到序列的預測模型來處理時間序列數據，其中Transformers在近年來一直是一個優秀的架構。在本文中，我們使用Transformer編碼器來構建一個預測模型，並探索模型的輸入和輸出結構，以了解時間和空間維度如何影響TEC預測問題。我們也討論了不同時間長度的預測任務，以分析神經網絡根據所給定的數據學到的特徵。
